The one time presidential hopeful whose slogan was “Yes, we Cannabis!” had been set to enter the budding medical #Marijuana industry in 2016, she is a serious supporter of the benefits of marijuana.
She revealed that, aside from being a longtime #Cannabis user, she is consuming medical marijuana to fight glaucoma and macular degeneration, two conditions that are causing the actress to gradually lose her eyesight.
At 16, she was hit by a car and “The Incident” left her with a traumatic brain injury. Her behavior changed completely that she was institutionalized for eight months at Utah State Hospital. While institutionalized, she had a baby, who she put up for adoption. At 18, she moved out by informing her parents she was going to visit a friend in Colorado for two weeks, but never returned.
She began her career in stand-up comedy in 1980 and gained fame through her role in the “TV Sitcom Roseanne”. The TV show ran for nine seasons from 1988 to 1997, and she won an Emmy and a Golden Globe Award for Best Actress for her work. For the final two seasons, she earned $40 million, making her the second-highest-paid woman in show business at the time, after “Oprah Winfrey”.
It was ranked #21 on TV Guide’s 100 Greatest Episodes of All-Time in 1997 which aired October 5, 1993 on ABC. When Roseanne finds a #Stash of weed in David’s room, she’s worried about how Dan is going to react. Roseanne and Dan assume it belongs to David, but after a round of sitcommy misunderstandings, they realize that it’s actually their weed, from a long time ago.
Roseanne and Dan decide to smoke #Weed while the kids are out of the house. Joined by Jackie, the three lock themselves in the bathroom to get high, but the experience is no fun as their sense of adult responsibility is too strong to allow them to relax.
The following morning as they recover, David summons the courage to tell Roseanne that he only took the blame for the #Pot because he believed it was Darlene’s, but the three are too hungover to respond.
I’m proud to be a cultural pioneer at the forefront of another wave of progress! And we’re proud of the city of Santa Ana as we continue to move into the era of recognizing cannabis as the natural, therapeutic, herbal substance medical science has proven it to be.
Her partner in the deal, Aaron Herzberg, of “CalCann Holdings LLC”, an Orange County company that specializes in real-estate-investment and cannabis-business consulting, estimated that the storefront in 1327 E. Saint Gertrude Place in Santa Ana, would open as early as April 2016.
But “Roseanne’s Joint” still isn’t open and never will be, as a dispensary called “Bud & Bloom” operates in that location! It’s unclear how many investors were involved in the failed deal, but Chris Francy, one of Herzberg’s partners at CalCann Holdings LLC, was also set to be a partner in Roseanne’s Joint, and both men were listed as a partner in Bud and Bloom and were photographed in the storefront.
So, Roseanne found a stash from the past (1993) & lost her joint (2016). The story behind the comedian’s withdrawal remains a mystery and what happening in Santa Ana was “Corruption At A Whole New Level” !
