Finally some GSC-15-23%!

The day has come! On my search for Durban Poison, I have only been lucky enough to get strains with GSC in its lineage, but today we got a little closer finding GSC at the new Columbia Care location!

Advertised by Columbia Care to treat symptoms of:

Stress, Chronic Pain, Inflammation Muscle tension, Cramps, Insomnia, Hyperactivity Fibromyalgia, Neuropathy


Although they are not yet printing terpene breakdowns on DELAWARE labels, Columbia Care was able to link Leafly.com to their website with additional terpene/flavor/effect profile

And it was!

Hitting nice, smooth, and light. The medicine went in and out effortlessly leaving a subtle sweet taste—almost apple like.

The effects were extremely heavy in the head. I felt focus and relaxation. But it did NOT completely disconnect me from my emotions, which I was happy with. That dang fine line between numbing yourself and medicating yourself.

After only about 10 mins and 3-4 rips, I was feeling some relief in my mind and body.


Per usual, my cannabis use is directly related to my eating/exercising habits as well as my overall #health. Mind, body, & spiritual pieces of my puzzle held together by this magical medicinal plant!

GSC definitely suppressed my appetite! Depending on my schedule, my fasting split is either the first 6-8 hours of the day or the second 6-8 hours. Keeping a consistent level of high THCV strains has helped me control emotional and over eating.

WORKOUT: I got 5 circuits here for ya, 2 movements back to back followed by 30 second HIIT movement between sets.
1️⃣ 12 ARNOLD PRESSES INTO 15 RAINBOW RAISES INTO 30 sec prisoner sumo squat, alternating knee to elbows REPEAT 4x’s 2️⃣ 15 close grip dumbbell bicep curl into 12 front shoulder raises into 30 sec mountain climbers REPEAT 4x’s 3️⃣ 15 bent over row complex (standard to wide grip—both movements are 1 rep) into 30 sec high knees REPEAT 4x’s 4️⃣ 15 twisting chest presses into 15 single arm skull crushers into 30 sec plank jumps REPEAT 4x’s 5️⃣ 20 SVEND PRESSES REPEAT 4x’s 6️⃣ DIP BURNOUT (as many as you can do)
